Personal instruction is the ideal setting to develop or deepen your yoga practice. Drawing from my expertise in therapeutic yoga, prenatal yoga, vinyasa yoga, fitness, and meditation, this individualized approach allows us to work together to create a customized program, tailored to your unique needs and goals.​​ Sessions include calming breath exercises, meditation, hands on adjustments, gentle neck and shoulders massage, sound therapy, and aromatherapy in the privacy of your own home/office. Studio rental available but not included in the price. ​
